Carnbrae is perfectly perched above Lookout and the lagoon. This charming thatched cottage has been lovingly decorated with a cheerful holiday feel. It is a fantastic location as one can walk down to both Lookout and the lagoon. It is also within walking distance to two very popular restaurants. The highlight of this house has to be the spectacular views. You really experience the awe of the bay with the mountains beach, ocean and lagoon views. There are four bedrooms, one on the ground level, two on the mezzanine level where the living area is and one upstairs. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the rest of the living area. The lounge leads onto a fantastic outdoor deck area where most of your time will be spent. There is a sitting and dining area and it is also a great space to just relax in the sun with your favourite book. The home is also within walking distance to town. Relaxed and situated perfectly this is a great holiday home.
