We love this gorgeous beach house which is light, bright and airy with high ceilings and beautiful open plan living areas which lead out to the wooden deck and pool. This area has been designed for al fresco living and entertainment with an outdoor bar area, barbeque and cozy seating areas. A spiral staircase leads the way to a viewing deck where sundowners can be enjoyed after a day of activities. There are five well-furnished bedrooms, four which lead out to the patio and deck area. The fifth bedroom is downstairs with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and has the option of being used with its own private entrance and closed off from the house or of being integrated as the 5th bedroom within the house. This lovely home is located just a short drive to Sanctuary Beach or a 900m walk, over the boardwalk.
