Amazing, luxurious self-catering villa in the beautiful secure Brackenridge Estate in Plettenberg Bay. Find total relaxation with your families and friends in this stunning, large (900 sqm/9,600sqf) and private holiday getaway with rim-flow lap pool, open plan courtyard living that is beautifully designed. Due to its design this light and airy house is an ideal getaway for either an extended family or for individual couples- all rooms are designed with maximum privacy in mind. The house is set on three levels. All rooms open to a central courtyard and are on-suite, the master suit also features a bath. Each room has its own entrance and their own outside areas. The property is surrounded by natural fynbos which stretches down the valley and the ocean, as well as the Tsitsikamma mountain range can be seen from almost anywhere in the house. All views are completely unobstructed as this is a corner property. The living area is ideal for entertainment as it is open plan and the concertina doors can be moved back so that the whole living area (kitchen/dining area/lounge) can be opened to the courtyard and/or the wrap around terrace. During the day one can make use of the different areas in the house- have breakfast in the living room or at the kitchen island, lunch on the terrace, afternoon tea on the soft furnished area above the overflow pool, dinner in the courtyard. In between, lounge by the heated lap pool while you watch your children play in the sandpit and the jungle gym. Catch up on the latest sports and TV entertainment in the downstairs area which not only has a projector TV and seating area for a large group but also a bar that easily fits ten people and a pool table (as well as an additional toilet and shower). All rooms are individually and sumptuously appointed, with children in mind. (The interior decoration was done by Fahrenheit design). It is a secure property as it is set in the Brackenridge Estate. Please note that there is no safety pool net and there are several stairs in the property.
