This lovely villa is perfectly situated across the road from Poortjies Lagoon which is a popular spot for families. Summer days can be spent at the Lagoon or Look Out Beach or just lounging around the poolside and enjoying a barbeque. With a lounge and kitchen downstairs and the main living areas and kitchen upstairs this holiday home is perfect for entertaining. The upstairs open plan living areas are beautifully furnished and are light and bright with the lounge flowing out to a partially covered patio with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the views. There are four tastefully decorated bedrooms, three of them are downstairs and lead out to the pool area and the master bedroom is upstairs. Beautiful lagoon and ocean views can be admired from the rooftop viewing deck at the end of the day while sipping sun downers and enjoying al fresco dining.
