This stunning property is one of our favourites. Situated on the Keurbooms lagoon, overlooking the Lookout Beach mouth, it has a wonderfully peaceful feel. Although the house is very spacious and can sleep 18 the maximum for rentals that will be accommodated for, is 12 (including children). The upstairs area is extremely light with an open plan living area consisting of dining table, two large sitting areas and a modern kitchen. This leads onto a wooden deck, beach sand outdoor area with braai and fire pit which slopes down into the garden. The garden leads through the Fynbos down to the waters edge. The master bedroom with stunning views is on the upper level. Downstairs is the swimming pool deck area with large dining table and plenty of lounge seating. There is a lounge area with bar – kitchenette and TV which leads through from the pool to the front lawn. There are seven bedrooms on this level, three of which are bunk rooms. On the lower level is a large television and games room as well as a study. This home is extremely up market and very well positioned. The décor is exquisite and it is a gem of a property. Please note that there is no safety pool net.
