The open plan Kitchen/Dining/lounge area, 5th bedroom, family bedroom (sleeps 5), family TV room and pool patio with built in braai/barbecue are located downstairs. The garden is fully enclosed with high walls and the Alarm System has outdoor sensors for nighttime. There are also security shutters for complete peace of mind.
